Steven Bartlett

Steven graduated from university in 2001 and began his working life in a construction company in Liverpool. Steven worked with the production workforce using Japanese Manufacturing Processes such as Kaizen to increase the efficiency and effectivness of operators.

In 2005 Steven was given an opportunity to work in the United States which proved too alluring to resist. Following an 8,500 mile road trip across the States Steven returned to take a Director role in the family business. Steven has recently been awarded a Masters degree in Business Administration, he hopes to use his new knowledge to improve On Track Wholesale.

Judith Bartlett

Judith has vast experience of running her own company. Judith Started this all off in 2001 with EBS Associates Ltd which was a not for profit company that helped the long term unemployed find training and employment.

Judith has been running On Track Wholesale since October 2006 in which time the company has grown. On Track now sells throughout Wales but also into The Lake District and Edinburgh.
